Orders placed by 12PM EST ship same day unless a custom item is in the order. Custom item can be- wood,acrylic, patterned vinyl, transfers, ect

All mail is picked up on a daily basis Monday-Friday for UPS and Monday-Saturday for USPS. We do not ship Sunday. 

Returned packages- 

Customer will be notified of a returned to sender item.
